Most of that time is suspended. He gets about 16 months credit towards 46 months of time served, then the remainder is good behavior time.

This is making me regret not filing assault charges against him for when he threw a pool cue at me
-
Could you still, I wonder?
-
Here's the photo of the pool cue (or whatever it is) missing my head by inches.pic.twitter.com/ZZ5DSIYj6d
-
That's horrible! I'm glad he missed. Maybe if you file he'll get added time?

She can keep saying that each time she visits her son in prison the next couple of years.
-
He didn’t end up that way by accident. The apple didn’t fall off the tree.

Don't assault people.. While I feel 20 years is pretty long for a non fatal crime, it's hard to feel bad for racists.
-
He won’t serve 20 though.
-
Then he needs to be in GenPop, without his AB friends
-
If he screws up during the years of probation he'll end up serving the sentence behind bars.
-
Is it parole or probation?
-
Not sure.
-
He'll get five years on probation once he is released. Also required good behavior for 20 years.
