I can't believe they haven't found this guy yet. Aren't there street cameras or in the Walmart parking lot. They had identifying info from the start that narrowed it down so much!
UPDATE: I have now located several credible eyewitnesses with essential new information and have screened them and passed them on to @SheriffEd_HCSO.
It’s not enough, but gives us many more details.
