Don’t know if it was premeditated but I don’t care. Texas is a capital punishment state. It takes a while though... plenty of time for his fellow inmates to hear of what he did.

NOPE. Truck in the photo is clearly a late-model 4-door full-size. Can't tell brand, leaning Ford/Toyota based on taillight shape. Must be a WalMart security cam capture, quality is utterly craptacular.
