Every single time conservatives and white supremacists attack @Ocasio2018 they make her profile and influence larger and larger.
It's wild to see people who voted for Donald Trump, man of over 8,000 documented lies, he who surrounded himself with a criminal enterprise, and openly cheated on every spouse he's ever had try to contort themselves to appear REALLY bothered by @Ocasio2018's childhood zip code.
My favorite is when dems at NYT and CNN go after her, because they can't stand that the party is shifting further left for whatever reason.

They're used to easier targets like Hillary or Elizabeth Warren, who aren't as adept at punching back, but AOC is considerably more adroit and street-smart, and she owns them each time they try to troll her.
I would argue that Clinton and Warren don’t have time to punch back individually.
That's a fair point--they have bigger fish to fry. I like to think that when AOC speaks up against conservative trolls, she's speaking up for other Democratic women as well.

Beyond her (often times epic) clapbacks, a lot of it is because they have no platform to really attack her from. Their attacks are really attacks against the poor, attacks against blue collar working class, and attacking anyone who doesn’t want to make rich people richer.
And attacks against powerful independent women who scare the GOP to no end.. their platform of fear mongering misogyny has been very successful in the past. That ends now.
