I'm a fighter. I've pretty much been perpetually fighting since 1995. I can hardly remember a 2 week stretch in 22 years where I wasn't fighting for or against something. It was just this past year that I learned that a lifetime of fighting created a few painful pathologies...

Right now I see a lot of fighters fighting. And I get it. That's my tribe. Always will be. I'll be fighting again soon, but I encourage you to rest, train, recoup, learn, then fight. If you fight 24/7, you will absolutely run over good people, even loved ones, in the process
