There is a female cop in this video. There are studies, when women officers are present there is less violent confrontations. No one got shot here. Maybe that’s the solution, more women officers, a different approach that might just work.

Eh probably not so much as the others. Note the lack of arrests or aversion to arrest SE asian nail shop owners when they brutally assault black people. There's even a case where they attacked a young white woman & the response was dreadful.
