Thanks. I found this mind-boggling that as ha NY State employee I was required to do so--I had heard about the contractors...however, seems, at least for now unimaginable that this would apply to state employees w/o us knowing this.

For now, at least, does not seem that in NY such a loyalty oath, or forcing state employees to sign such an allegiance, is close to happening. Perhaps you might want to clarify this in your tweet that seems to state that it is already in law.
