Her name is Jakelin. Her full name is: Jakelin Amei Rosmery Caal Maquin. She was a 7 year old girl from rural Guatemala and she died of thirst and shock in American custody. This is a sin. It’s a crime and a sin. Shame on Trump and this bigoted cold hearted government.

So if a parent takes their child through your home illegally and that child falls down a busts it head on a table and dies as she is trying to run out of your house. We should blame you for not just allowing anyone to come and take anything from your abode?

I am sorry that this little girl lost her life like this but her and family are trying to come in illegally. That passage is at Ellis Island where u are suppose to enter not at the border.
A) That's a poem, not part of our Constitution. B) Yes, her family DOES bear some responsibility. C) The sepsis she was suffering from didn't occur from her time in custody. She was given medical attention as soon a she show symptoms of illness, but it was already too late.
