Idc what anyone says about this a cop should not beat someone this bad. Resist or not, you’ve been trained for this shit. Where was his taser, or pepper spray when this was happening. Punching someone to the point they have multiple injuries is straight abuse. Be professional!

And the video clearly showed the cop punching him after he stopped moving around..honestly if I was getting beat by a cop I would be moving like crazy trying to not get punched!
