Acting like she is anywhere near prepared to be president is ridiculous. She is savvy and smart, but completely untested. Just because Trump became president, doesn't mean the bar is suddenly at 0

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves here. She’s 29 and hasn’t served a day in office yet. Let’s let her do what she needs to do for her own constituents before we start throwing other expectations at her.

Like, let’s SERIOUSLY slow down.

It’s this kinda pressure that’s kept us from getting a Jay Electronica album.

You’re absolutely right. Im laughing but I know I shouldn’t be...but.

If she’s such a qualified candidate now, imagine how much more qualified & experienced she’ll be when she’s old enough to run for President. Let her experience government before we decide she’s Presidential material.

Sorry, Shaun, but I disagree. Love AOC, but wisdom is borne of experience, and experience takes time.

No no no. As someone over 40, I can honestly say that 35 ain’t a bad number. I’m not totally different, but enough in enough ways that I get it now. Knowledge, passion, education...all titrated after 30.

While I agree with many points in the article and I agree with you she may well be president some day, I do think it is a good idea (present company a perfect example of the oopsosite) to have some legislative experience...

Respectfully disagree. We need her leadership in congress badly and we need a lot more like her too. There's way too many crusty old know-nothings that take their corporate checks and clock out. I think we give POTUS too much clout anyways. A strong coalition in congress is key.

She's not interested. Anyone who wants to be president should be disqualified based on the fact that they want to be president. She's focused on issues that matter to the working class, not a popularity contest.
