i think I see where you are going but threatening people unless they capitulate to identity politics isn't the only answer. AOC is kicking ass and taking names. She is the most qualified. She can hire whomever she wants without being bullied by anyone.

of course you're right. We're talking about administrative positions- there plenty of smart ambitious people of any any gender/race to fill them up. Why not make sure to have a few more people from disadvantages communities who lack representation.

They will hire people who will get them to tech executives and big donors point blank the winner is always the one with the bigger purse not the one with great moral values if it was the case Bernie would have been the democratic nominee
