I'm also grieving the loss of my 20yo son who was murdered on 11/5..... today is weighing very heavy on my heart and soul. He was my first born.
Thinking of all of you who’ve lost loved ones this year. This season is rough. As you may know, my brother died suddenly last month. His wife and kids, along with our dear mother, are staying with us this week. The loss, and the absence, are acutely felt. Love y’all. -Shaun

Yeah it's a pain that can't be described. So this is your first thanksgiving as well with out your son. It's killing me inside. I'm trying my best to stay strong but I'm hurting inside. I just want to go home and crawl in my bed. Knowing that my son isn't here hurts.

Yes, Our 1st as well n we miss him deeply. I know and feel your pain. No 1 knows the struggle of trying 2 be strong but deeply hurting and carrying a heavy burden on the inside unless they have r are walking n our shoes. A hurt and pain that will be there the rest of our lives.

It's awful. We list my 26 yr old nephew and my sister in law this year. Hard to celebrate.
