In 2017, I literally had to shame the Democratic Party into admitting that they had virtually no Black senior staffers in the Senate and that the only reason they wouldn't release their diversity data (that they required others to submit) was because it was do dismal.

The way you worded it, it sounds like you are saying that's a quote FROM her. But she never said that. She reversed that action btw: https://thinkprogress.org/california-attorney-general-says-her-offices-defense-of-prison-labor-evokes-chain-gangs-5c768fd447a4/amp/?__twitter_impression=true …

Again, her lawyers argued this before a federal judge in her name on her behalf. And the judge had to ORDER her office to do more. I'm equally troubled by her saying what her own lawyers argued in federal court shocked her. But this was not an isolated incident.

She oversaw 4,500 lawyers as the AG. She couldn't possibly know what each lawyer was arguing before the court. According to her, she learned abou it in the paper and was "shocked" and "troubled."

I trust you won’t be voting for bernie either since he actually voted for the 94 crime bill and there was (still is I believe) prison labor in Vermont when he was mayor and he did nothing about it. Not to mentionVermont has highest number of AA incarcerated compared to population

Don't confuse the Berners with facts, they hate anything that proves Bernie isn't perfect.
