I have several things to say this morning and they don't all fit neatly into one article so I'm just going to put it all out here right now because some key decisions are being made and people are being told to shut up and keep their thoughts & input to themselves. Never that.

I'll be frank and tell you two Democrats that I am 99% sure I won't be supporting - primarily because of their dismal history on criminal justice reform over the course of their entire careers. Joe Biden & Kamala Harris. They both helped build & advance mass incarceration.

Just 4 years ago to this very day, a federal judge had to ORDER California Attorney General Kamala Harris to release more non-violent offenders from prison, but she fought it hard because "prisons would lose an important labor pool." That's a quote.http://www.latimes.com/local/political/la-me-ff-federal-judges-order-state-to-release-more-prisoners-20141114-story.html …

I like Joe Biden. I like his toothy grin. I think his friendship with Obama is cute. I think he's relatable. But to see him this week proudly give George W. Bush a humanitarian award stemming from the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan deeply disturbed me. Those wars are criminal.

I won't be endorsing any candidates for President that recently took happy photos with Benjamin Netanyahu or have refused to speak out against the hundreds of unarmed Palestinians who've been slaughtered by Israel this year. I don't have many dealbreakers. That's one for me.

I have a list of 8 people that I would consider not only endorsing for President, but would stop everything and throw my whole life into helping them get elected. But even for those 8, I'm going to evaluate their platforms, their senior staff hires, and their actual history.

I like Beto a lot and hope that he either runs for Senate in Texas again, since the other seat is about to open up, or runs for President. I think he's qualified to do both. But I also feel just as strongly about Andrew Gillum & Stacey Abrams. I'd seriously consider all 3.

If Democrats think they are going to run another all-white presidential ticket this time around, that's not gonna fly.

Shaun, the shocking aspect of who is saying what about contenders: they're still in OLD THINK 2016. It's as if they never learned a single thing about who draws crowds - and how much BS they've swallowed from mainstream media and establishment talking heads. YOU will influence!

I would like to see Harris & O’Rourke on the ticket. I think it’s time for Biden & Clinton to retire. We need younger more progressive candidates.

The USA should choose opposition leaders immediately after elections to hold govt accountable, as Westminster nations do. Ridiculous not to have an alternative govt with alternative policies in a democracy!

I want Nina Turner. I don't want any half establishment, fake progressive. If not Turner then Sanders.
