The US Postal Service is part of the executive branch of the Federal Government. Kemp occupies a state office. The two are completely and totally unrelated. Frustrating? Yes. But voter suppression by a state official? Not even close.

If this happened to everyone who sent ballots to that P.O. Box I would be suspicious. But if it's only this person, it sounds more like incompetence on the part of the clerks and carriers that handled this piece of mail.

Yeah, but that would mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON would have gotten their ballot returned, and we just haven't heard that. This looks isolated.

True, but they also could have closed the box 7am on Wednesday. Feigning ignorance when they knew votes could still roll in. I fear this is going to be similar to Bush, where there was all this evidence of voter suppression but he still won.

I think we just need to wait and see if there are more instances of this. The USPS is way less mechanized than most people realize. Actual people still do a lot of sorting. This could have just been carelessness or laziness. Im trying to stay positive. Lol
