Sadly the culture in Japan is a lot different. Where parents discipline their kids and teach good morals all has to do with low crime

Japan used to be a killer state. They changed. So can the US. So let's not look at cultural differences as a way to justify not making necessary changes in U.S. gun laws.

Never justified it, 2A makes it extremely hard to make progress because the NRA is very powerful. And culture has everything to do with laws and politics
