I can't help but get mad when I think about alternate outcomes if Kemp's voter suppression wasn't a factor.

You see! That's what I'm saying :) I realize Gillum conceded but he should have waited it out, its showing him at 49 and his opponent at 49.7. And for Georgia-- that was BALLS to even wait and let Kemp count the votes. I hope he gets out and is sued!!
-
His concession doesn’t mean anything :) he could still win
-
Yeah, I heard concessions are not binding.
-
I didn't know :) Ill just cross my fingers then and hope for the best :)

As of 1:04pm it's 50.35%, hers is up to 48.70%, she's still gaining...
-
Where are you getting this data?
-
Although this one seems to have more recent numbers, but it doesn't show the counts for Ted Metz so we can't get an accurate overall % (Abrams is still gaining more than Kemp either way though):https://www.cbsnews.com/live-news/georgia-governor-race-results-polls-vote-counts-stacey-abrams-brian-kemp-live-updates-2018-11-06/ …

50.31%, getting closer. :) She keeps gaining more ground than him with each update.

I'm hoping that she refuses to concede and takes this to court. The first Afghan elections had far more integrity than yesterdays GA elections.

Not an American so I don't fully understand....all the wide-open cheating is acceptable? There is zero recourse for being 'caught cheating'? What about the stories out of Texas with Dem votes changed to Repub? Nothing? If you're not cheating you aren't trying? Is this accurate?
-
Republican politicians really hold themselves to literally no standard at all in this country. They’re drunk with power and cheating is the only way to maintain it.
-
Clearly, but how is this allowed to take place? So blatantly? Where are the checks and balances? It's cartoon-like.
-
We’ve been yelling into the void about this for awhile. Some voter suppression actions came in front of the courts and although judges found them alarming, it was judged to be too late to do anything to change said efforts before the elections.
-
Voting machines are running a version of Windows 99, are incredibly buggy, and many of our states (like GA) have little to no election security on their websites. Paper voting is the only way to be sure that your vote was recorded as cast and yet they are not used
-
Unreal. You're sure up against it, I hope your next actual prez/congress can lock things down properly and right the ship.
-
Me too, for all our sakes
