Conceding doesn’t mean it’s over legally, does it? All norms have been tossed off planet anyway. If the numbers flip it, can’t he “un-concede”, or something? Real question.

Watching this play out from Austria, I don't get the tradition of accepting a preliminary result as if it was the final one. As long as provisional or other ballots are still outstanding, i would report and view the result as preliminary.

Enough avoiding Rank Choice Voting, where everyone can vote their conscience finally. Third party is a worthy opinion; it’s flaws in our system that make it a wasted vote.
