He was ordered TWICE not to have any guns because of his past in domestic violence His parents have a restraining order his ex wife has one an ex girlfriend has one He should have locked up a long time ago and yet he legally obtained this gun despite court orders against it? How?
How has ANY of this been allowed. How do you legally obtain a gun even with court orders against it? This is the problem with our gun control. There are so many loop holes to the required background checks. Gun shows dont do them, flea market shops dont do them...

He shot the guy in the back of the head and then killed an elderly woman. Concealed carry would have helped nothing. Also will probably increase the chances of a cop shooting a black person if they have a concealed carry on them.

Trust me, we are very angry. I live there and have frequently shopped in that Kroger. It is a HATE CRIME and we know this. Call it what it really is.
