CNN reporting now that the bomb package was delivered by a legitimate courier service, which makes sense since the stamps on it aren’t cancelled. Why didn’t the courier think it was weird that it was stamped, though?

(Also, if it’s 13+ oz, which I would THINK a pipe bomb is, you can’t put it in a mailbox with stamps. Since online postage or being caught on camera at a post office would risk exposing their identity, using a courier would “make sense” for the bomber.”)
