Massive difference between UK and USA for states UK street police don’t carry guns. There’s is cases like this but I wouldn’t say often. Biggest issue in London right now is knife crime between gangs.

Gang crime is not the biggest issue. It is AN issue. Many Black people have been murdered by the police over the last 20 years. London is not the only city in the UK with knife crime. Like you said you don't know. Furthermore the officer concerned should have faced attep. Murder
