Shaun, we aren't talking about 99% of Americans. It's the acela crowd invited to Saudi-funded conferences. Not a peep when their hosts were killing busloads of Yemeni children. A guy they might've met on the cocktail circuit gets killed and suddenly they cancel their appearances.

But 99% of Americans couldn’t point to Yemen on a map. Americans are conditioned to only care about people they see, know, and relate to.
