Sadly, after watching the video I actually feel sorry for Ye because he is actually really really manic right now. A lot of this is his illness speaking. He needs help. He’s like a short walk from involuntary hospitalization. Trump’s encouragement of it makes me absolutely ill.

He didn’t get me. He’s not looking for sympathy, he’s looking for followers. He’s a few steps away from thinking he’s God. I’m a mental health professional. I see this on the daily. He has absolutely no insight and judgment right now. I think Trump is exploiting him. It’s sad.

Yeah...People don’t sleep when they are manic... If it ended after he slept, fine, but this is recurrent and text book bipolar unless he’s on meth. But then he’d be paranoid etc. Who knows what the MD really said, also with his $ he can pay for a doctor to say whatever he wants.

What does Kanye gain from this except a hell lot of backlash. They guy is being genuine (not something you see from celebreties often) and you all are bashing him for his opinion isn't that disgraceful?

That's pretty myopic. Maybe you should reread T.I.'s post, because Kanye definitely thinks he personally has a lot to gain from aligning himself with the President of the United States, despite how obviously detrimental that alliance is.
