You can’t observe someone and know they’re blacked out...do you know what blacking out means??

You can if you’re their roommate and the next morning they don’t remember what they did the night before.

Just watched an interview with him in which the roommate said, “I was surprised he said he never blacked out because I remember him slurring his speech, yelling...yeah, very drunk.” It’s as if ppl think everyone who gets drunk blacks out...not how it works.
