Let make sure female athletes will be getting the same payment. Otherwise it’s just another stepping stool for men to get further ahead, earlier on.

All for that but how does it work? Who decides the allotment for each player? No one will go for giving multi million $ generating football players the same as lacrosse. It's not even men v wmen. It's sport v sport. Or does the 3 star recruit get the same as the 5 star?

All valid discussion points.. one idea is pay all athletes within the same close margin of pay, see how quickly the schools start promoting and incentivizing female teams and less popular sports to start filling seats, and thus... making them more popular and revenue generating.

Free market decides pay. Biggest thing that NCAA prevents is capitalism. Players should be free to monetize their fame in whatever way they would like. The system shouldn’t stay with ncaa delegating 100% of revenue. Give control and autonomy to athletes just like normal students
