Story of my life. I've struggled my way thru adulthood & even though I'm more stable than I've ever been, I'm one $500 emergency away from disaster. The stress/anxiety this causes manifests itself in real physical ailments that I can't afford either. I see it everywhere.
Example: When you're poor you can't afford the higher quality things that you need even though they will last longer. You don't have that much cash upfront. So you spend more over time because you never have enough at once/because you have to finance with interest. It's a racket.
Your health care over there blows my mind how the heck does anyone survive particularly the people hovering in low to middle income where you can’t quite get the benefits but can’t quite afford anything more than basic living. I hope it gets better for you all
