The Supreme Court is illegitimate and has been for a long time. It needs to go, or at the very least be seriously overhauled.
LISTEN TO ME: The United States of America is far less stable than any of us want to admit. I am speaking of our governing bodies, our Supreme Court, and the most basic values that lead this nation. We are in a deeply disturbing place right now.

Before that. Remember Bush v Gore? The Supreme Court isn't some objective arbiter of what's constitutional. It's a weapon to be used against threats to the establishment. Especially if they're on the left.
