I can't explain it, but the people of Dallas have always shown me so much love.

Love my hometown, but criminalizing Mr. Jean, the victimizing of the killer...this pathetic. It's beyond low. Our justice system did right and convicted/sentence the Balch Springs cop that killed the poor kid. They need to approach this the same way.

I thought Dallas was more progressive than this. The year of the mass shooting. I thought I read all these nice things about outreach between Dallas police and various communities (like they had good rapport). But this is really horrible, a massive cover up.
