BREAKING: We just learned that the #Dallas9 are being kept in jail for the night...AGAIN. They haven't even been properly arraigned or brought before a judge.
They were arrested for impeding traffic. All were non-violent & unarmed.

You can legally have a peaceful protest. You can not legally break into someone else’s house and kill them for not cooperating with their demands. I will call right now and complain for this injustice. Again.

They haven't gone before a magistrate to set bond.

Because they were kept at Arlington Jail last night. They didn't set a bond and transferred them to Tarrant Cnty Jail b/w 12-3pm. Judges go home at 6pm. They were purposefully kept so they would miss the opportunity to go before a judge. Earliest arraignments aren't until 9am.

Maybe it's a better idea to get arrested earlier in the day next time?

No. Intelligent activists plan for how they are going to get out of jail in a timely manner. It's called planning ahead.

They should also have crowdfunded or saved up enough money to pay for their bail. Nobody respects activists who aren't smart enough to plan ahead. They should take activism seriously. This stuff aint for kids.

So she killed a man and was not arrested for three days and was out in a hour. They amwere protesting peacefully and are in Jail. Okay who the hell they think they are fooling?
