I wrote a research paper, in 2016, in my Public Health Law class about the health consequences of police violence on African-American men and communities of color. The data and literature I found was astounding but expected.

White folks are not about to take up a cause of Black folks and alienate what they believe is the first line of defense against Black folks which is the police. The glazer like moving of Black genocide pacifies their non sense of urgency.

In the main it is true that
#whites are not affected emotionally by lynching of black people by police, and real allies need to lose their sensitivity. 60 million knowingly voted for a racist demagogue. I don't give a damn if "whites" are condemned. I know what's in my own heart. -

Devastating. Yet Establishment Dems (still ignore and) refuse to make—the murders of Black folks by racist cops a plank in their 2018 platform. So, WHY should Black folks vote for these WallSt centrists again? And we already know Republicans don’t give a shit.

You don't need to deal with the trauma as badly as you need to deal with the police. That aspect of law enforcement needs to clean house, or they need to have their house cleaned for them by the FBI.
