If she was the only person alive in the room, then the weed could have been hers, right? Asking for a dead man who cannot defend himself against defamation.

the first article I read after this even happened stated that she said her key didn't work, so not sure how that simple fact has been forgotten.
-
Her story had changed. Also even if she had tried the key, they’re electronic in this apartment. The wrong key flashes red. She’d have to lie about why she didn’t see that which is why she is claiming the door was ajar now.
-
Yeah, that’s my point. She clearly saw red, which is the first indication that she knew from the beginning the apartment wasn’t hers..
-
A lot of holes in her story and none of it corroborates with the testimonies of witnesses.

I can see it already. Her story will change yet another time. She will admit to confronting him, but this time she will say he acted aggressively towards her and she feared for her life. :(

Wow! The powers that be are really trying to get this woman off the hook for murder. This is why Kaepernick and others kneel.

Had any of the other eyewitnesses, or neighbors, ever heard loud music from the victim's apartment before? Was there loud music, right before the victim was murdered? Where is the written history, from the complex, of her reports of noise violations in the past?
-
I have read reports that there were noise complaints to his apartment but they didn’t disclose who the complaints were from.
-
Can you possibly cite a link?
-
I believe this one has the CNN interview where Jean’s attorney says his apartment had received noise complaints the day he was murdered from the apartment one floor down, Guyer’s.https://blackamericaweb.com/2018/09/12/attorney-reveals-link-between-killer-cop-amber-guyger-botham-jean-watch/ …

This is a fire code thing for multi-unit dwellings. Doors must automatically shut. In the places I lived doors were heavy and they slammed shut. You have to prop them open with something really heavy or a big strong door stop.

Lies lies lies!!! She first said she thought it was her apartment, but who yells at their own door? Just lies! She murdered him, plain and simple.

Can we find out if and when the cops searched her place? Sounds like they haven’t actually begun to investigate the actual suspect in this case
