BREAKING: Two different witnesses have said that they are 100% sure that they heard Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger repeatedly knock/bang on the door of #BothamJean - demanding that he open the door.
A full contradiction of her statement that his door was unlocked & open

It should make anyone deeply uncomfortable looking at meme/internet history as a barometer for how guilty someone is. You're better than this Shaun.
-
A: It's 2018, memes are just as much insight into people's thought process as what newspaper clippings they kept in 1975. B: She's guilty af so what does it matter? C: Shaun isn't on the jury.
-
Because she's guilty it doesn't matter what conspiracy theories people throw out there? You understand how bad that sounds, yeah? Why can't the truth of the matter stand on its own?
-
You knocked the meme, where's the "conspiracy theory"?
-
That because she posted a meme about working graveyards, it automatically means she was up there because he was loud and she wanted to sleep, she was agitated etc. Assigning intent from just that sounds like a "conspiracy theory" to me.
-
Sounds more like a motive to me but yeah what do I know

So, she comes home late and is irritated about noise she THINKS is from his unit. Goes to his door to angrily confront him (let me in!) He ignores her at first, then opens up and she shoots him. Weed is planted to give credence to her complaints. That's murder, not manslaughter.
-
I'm with you all the way , but why is she parked on that floor And why is there a police backpack & vest in his apt?
-
My guess is that she SAID she parked on the wrong floor as part of the 'accident' story. The DPD have lied from the beginning. Either the vest and backpack were hers (meaning they knew each other) or it is a lie. The neighbors would know if they were dating.
-
The history of noise complaints tells me they were not dating or, if they were, they stopped and she had a beef. 'Let me in' could imply some past connection too. Again neighbors would see the back and forth b/t units if they were dating.
-
"Let me in" definitely implies familiarity I had a noise issue B4 & I damn sure never asked those ppl to let me in... just wanted them to turn the TV down so I could sleep... I ended up sleeping on the couch & finally learned to sleep w music on before breaking my lease

-
True, but remember, she thinks she's a badass. 'I'm a cop, so do what I say.'

What are the next door neighbors saying about him having music on? I assumed he was asleep at the time
-
Here's my thoughts... someone in the complex may have had music on not necessarily him. She already had a problem with him based on past complaints so she just assumed it was him. Either way she planned to shoot him.
-
I don't think she intended to shoot him … but in fact, thought she could intimidate him enough for him to turn down his music. The yelling -- aside from the banging on the door by Amber -- was probably them arguing. At some point, she lost it, and fired 2 shots.
-
He was in his underwear, do you really think he was the one listening to music at that point? I don't. I think she had already made her mind up what she was going to do and that he was the one making noise. I also haven't heard of any other yelling beyond her yelling to get in.
-
To clarify, I dont think Botham was making any noise, I think she targeted him for any noise happening whether he made it or not.

Is there proof she reported him for noise violation? If so, then she is lying about not knowing it wasn't her apartment.
-
Yes. The family attorney has records she filed multiple noise complaints against
#BothamJean’s apartment, including one filed on Sept 6th, the day#AmberGuyger murdered#BothamShemJean#JusticeForBothamJean -
How convenient she had this planned all along
-
I had intolerably noisy neighbors. I moved.
