He opened the door, there were words, she drew on him and shot him, immediately realized the magnitude of what she did, and began fabricating on the spot. That video of her pacing is probably a video recording of her story being hatched.

So it would be interesting to see the time frame of the incident vs when she actually called the police
-
And when she actually got home from her shift. Did she go to her ACTUAL apartment BEFORE going upstairs to confront him?
-
great question.. I wonder if they even checked
-
I read in the Dallas Morning News this morning that the electronic data from both her door and his door have been collected to see if and when they were opened. I haven’t seen if that info has been released yet.
-
I think that's definitely the key here any electronic evidence, plus cell phone evidence will be crucial
-
I want to know when that phone call with her pacing took place. Was it after the police arrived or was she doing that while he bleed out inside.

As I live in a flat can't say killing someone who makes noise comes to mind...
-
Maybe a strongly worded letter in there mail box but, or a knock on the door, but can't say shooting has crossed mind. Why does a police person need the fire arm off duty ?

Why are cops on 16 hour shifts if there's not an emergency situation anyway? Physical, emotional, & cognitive functions are all impaired when people aren't rested.
-
My point is not for sympathy for a "tired" murderer, but that there is ANOTHER systemic problem with policing - in addition to those King already addresses regularly.

And today is Friday, and she shot and killed him. And nothing can change that fact. GUILTYpic.twitter.com/vKwnLXYjg3

This is at least second degree murder pure and simple. Manslaught is a farce in this instance. It’s cops protecting their own.

If she was trying to sleep why was she in full uniform including weapon. Most ppl get off, shower, then get in the bed

She parked in the fourth floor but lived on the third correct? Now forget what you just said and try to figure that out.
-
as a person who does work for long shifts.. Very similar to hers I've never.. Gone to the wrong house or apartment. And where I live now. Every door looks exactly the same No mats, wreaths nothing..
-
Not what I'm getting at.

ok explain

I'm not sticking up for her. He had this discussion. We're on the same page. But the "loud music" theory doesn't work for me. Did she shut it off after the shooting? No mention of loud music that night. And if she did go up to confront him why take all her gear with her?
-
maybe that's where the time line needs examination and whether her key fob, etc is corroborating her story
-
There's to many social media detectives out there and heres to many theorys floating around.
