Yesterday the family of #BothamJean had to deal with a horrendous level of devastation and betrayal.
Not only did parents have to bury their beloved son, but after the funeral, in which they felt so much love, they were then floored by the attempts to attack his character.

Now I'm at the point of saying I doubt she ever even rendered any type of aid to him as he was http://dying.You couldn't keep spinning this cockeyed racist assisted narrative with a living victim.Lock Goldilocks with a gun UP.
-
She's caught on VIDEO, wailing & pacing on one of the landings for 4-5 minutes straight immediately after the shooting. She didn't "render aid" & didn't run back to his apartment until the EMTs showed up. As an EMT/FF, my husband was livid, said it was a cover up on the 1st day

#thread 1/Several issues related to this search warrant that may indicate DPD was not diligent in their investigation on that night. Both a PD and an FD can legally retain possession of a crime scene or a fire scene for the purposes of investigating. -
2/Neither are required to obtain a warrant as long as they remain on scene. Only after they leave the scene are they required to have a search warrant. DPD went back to the apartment with a warrant to search for "shell casings". That was in the affidavit.
-
3/This indicates to me that they did not complete a thorough investigation immediately after the crime. I would like to know if the CSI were called or did DPD just allow beat cops or detectives to complete the investigation.
-
4/They also listed various items of Guyger's that were still in the apartment. This makes no sense and further leads me to believe that these items were never seized as evidence in the initial investigation. Why were these items left in the apartment?
-
5/This looks like shoddy police work to me. I could be wrong and the actual narrative and timeline could be different. I'm not a cop or attorney. Finally, if PD did indeed leave the scene and then return later, it's not a tainted crime scene.
-
6/PD has no idea who went into that apartment after they left. It's imperative that we find out if indeed they left the scene unsecured after the initial investigation. Finally, has anybody asked about cameras in the hallways?

How do conservatives deny that racism exists when all they have to do is turn off Fox News.

This more than a damn shame. This action is criminal. This is to excuse the cop walking up an extra floor and shoot an unarmed man in his own home? This was murder not manslaughter. Premeditated by bringing the weapon.
