Even so my point is who could random bags out in their apartment. If he was a smoker the kind of weed Inhope he would be smoking has an intense smell that you usually keep in some kind of smoke shop purchased container or it would smell through the apartment.

Exactly maybe some one was dipping in evidence inventory that’s why she couldn’t tell she was at the wrong parking lot, wrong floor, wrong apartment, etc.

There was a police backpack and equipment found so though the media is portraying it as his no evidence shows it was his. I haven’t heard of the autopsy finding anything either just now them demonizing him based on this search warrant
Whether he smokes marijuana or not is about as relative to this case as whether he had oatmeal for breakfast that morning. Pure and unadulterated racism to report on this garbage.
I had the opportunity to see some of his funeral today on a live stream. He was truly an exceptional and wonderful young man. The tributes to him by so many people spoke volumes. I am absolutely outraged at the way this is being handled by @DallasPD and the media.

They did not say it was his, the items described as removed were the officers that was left at the scene. I hope her toxicology report shows she was high and that it was hers.

The most infuriating thing about this is that IT DOESN’T (shouldn’t) MATTER THAT HE WAS AN AMAZING, LAW ABIDING, SMART, CONTRIBUTING MEMBER OF SOCIETY. He was an innocent victim of a cold blooded murder regardless of his character.
