When they know they (police) are guilty they automatically try and justify they're actions by trying to deflect blame by making the victim look bad,criminal and then paint the officer as justified in their actions

Also anything found in his apartment after his murder should be inadmissible since the person that murdered him could have very easily planted anything in his apartment.

The problem is not that it’s used to legally prosecute him....what it does is it taints the potential jury pool and create doubts when they prosecute the officer.
