Not sure what’s or who’s worse!? Her or the folk allowing he to coerce het way through this, she’s certainly not acting alone in the matter, that’s for sure!
-
This whole case is stressful. Like that’s someone’s BROTHER, that’s someone’s SON. I don’t know why I’m so invested in this one in particular.
-
Yeah I feel ya! That situation is absurd to think you can be in your own crib and that happens and it’s just like well we’ll just charge her with manslaughter! Gotta be kidding me!

Finding small ways to take us out.

Slowly but surely right!? Sad part is no matte what they come with they’ll never get everything! Evil never wins, know it appears that way but in the long run it won’t prevail!

1. She lied. 2. She had no lawful reason to be there. 3. She lied. 4. The manslaughter charge was so she could have as low a bond as possible and less exposure to more years in jail. 5. She lied. 6. They have been coaching her since the incident. 7. She lied.

My hunch about the manslaughter it's Texas meaning they do not play with capital punishment also it a lower bar to prove no intent My read of her story is to avoid absolutely the death penalty and possibly chip enough at reasonable doubt to get off because she had her uniform on
-
Most states require a high degree of intent and premeditation for Death Penalty. Her explanation of events erases that. Only way premeditation gets back on the cards is if they establish some element of DV. I imagine their phone records could come into play.

When DPD went to get a warrant for manslaughter, it is reported the judge said I cannot issue a manslaughter warrant because what you described is murder. That's when they called in the Texas Rangers.
-
What happened next??
-
From what a Councilmen said in a now deleted thread: The Rangers didn't want it, but they told the DPD to stop seeking a warrant, period. Unfortunately there's a serious gap in actual information on what happened after the Rangers were called in.
-
It appears when Black people are the victims, the Texas Rangers come in to clean up on aisle nine.
