What kind of source. I've never been asked if I was black when I called the police. Police "9-11 What's your emergency" Me "First, I'm black. Just want to get that out of the way. Second, some old lady is being mugged"

They reported in person, so the cops say.
-
When you look at the dash cam footage you can hear the person on dispatch say the caller hung up. They're trying to cover their tails and doing a rather poor job of it.
-
Ooooh that's a juicy tidbit.

And why put him in the back of squad car in handcuffs and tell him it was a misunderstanding while you continue to badger him with unnecessary questions?

My experience is that when questioned about specifics of a situation, cops have historically been able to get away with just making shit up. They do it because people are reluctant to question their authority, fearing additional retribution.

If they pulled him over and were able to quickly resolve this and realize that the two were related... Why was he cuffed and put in the back of the squad car? Who were the original complainants who reported the "robbery"
-
Most likely pulled them over and thru loud speaker ordered him out the car on the ground & so on... the process is called a felony traffic
- a process that some have been killed for not executing the commands right... a very scary moment especially for someone that’s innocent - 1 more reply

Yeah. I was wondering who these "black people" were when I first read about this, last week.

Grand parent was there the whole time. So I don't know why he was cuffed at all. I guess because the callers said whites were getting robbed by a black person. The slave patrols rolled up hot and heavy
