Same exact situation around a murder at my college. Arrested with a gun Friday, released Sunday, shot his gf that evening. EVERYONE knew what he was going to do. They let him out anyway. Who needs "Minority Report"? He is "telegraphing" his next shot.
On Friday a white man in New Orleans got a loaded rifle with a laser scope, pointed it at buildings and windows, fired 9 shots, then said he wanted to kill niggers when he was arrested. Remember they returned the Waffle House shooter's guns to him after the Secret Service took them away. They gave the guns to the Local Cops and they in turn gave them to his father who turned around and gave them back to him. Then Waffle House happened.

Did the Court order a pysch evaluation? Did they order guns removed from his possession? If not, if anything happens the Court, police, etc should be held accountable
