She killed him. She was off duty. She admits it. It’s a crime. Due process comes AFTER the arrest.
Shaun, I know you're more aware of our legal system, what constitutes a crime, & attached due process rights than you are letting on. Taking a life does NOT automatically constitute a crime (soldiers at war & self defense are easy examples). So why not exercise restraint here?
