If a "good" cop refuses to speak out or report a bad cop then they're also a bad cop.

The Seven Five was the first documentary I've seen that really exposed the depths of police corruption, spoken by the police themselves. When asked why the cops who knew of the corruption never reported it, they admitted it would put them in danger.
