Yes, he rose through ranks over years to get to where he is; who knew and turned blind eyes/deaf ears? They’re culpable.

My father, a WWII Vet, was a teacher and principal for some 30 years. He grew up during the depression in Oklahoma. I think the "N" word would have caused him to choke to death if he ever tried to say it. This man is a disgrace to the CALLING of teaching.
