Here’s what I wanna know. How are any of these rules/ dress code ganna help you become a better student. Private schools give grades anyways. There not about to fail you when you pay all that money
-
Oh come on

First of all, her hair is not "unnatural" , it is beautiful! Next, those s.o.b.'s need to check their values as Christians. Jesus told the people to bring him the children. What he didn't say was, "Bring me the children only with natural looking hair."

I, too bad a discrimination issue with my kids at a Christian (Catholic) school. They told me that I had to pay $60/kid to baptize them.I said,"John the Baptist did not charge admission and neither should you!So, the poor can't get into heaven because they cannot afford baptism?

This is the second black child in days who's been turned away from school because of the style of their hair. The boy's dreadlocks were considered too long because a few went over his ears & now this girl because she has extensions. Hope they sent white girls w/extensions home!

In both cases, it was said that these were new regulations that had been put in place. The parents wouldn't know about it unless a notice from the school regarding the changes had been sent out to the parents. When my kids attended Catholic school, they'd change, then tell us.

I have a feeling they did not. The father of the boy was pretty shocked that his son's hair didn't meet their regulations & even asked if his son could attend if it were braided, to which they still refused. There's more than just "hair" involved in these kids being kicked out.
