If I am remembering correctly the Obama administration may have halted the sales of guided munitions but his administration still sold more conventional armaments than any other administration in the last 60+ years.

Arms are sold by everyone everywhere and are used in conflicts throughout the world. Maybe its more important to talk and stop these conflicts as opposed to screaming about who made a particular bomb.
