That is all the evidence needed to show discrimination and now they have a good case for a lawsuit.
Also Shaun, this “christian” school gets state and federal money to teach their kids that homosexuals belong in hell and evolution is wrong and also to push a right wing fundamentalist agenda. Not with my tax dollars, they shouldn’t.

Some schools opt out of Federal funding so they don’t have to follow certain guidelines ie:standardized testing. Most receive federal funding.

Private church schools should not be eligible to use public school vouchers paid for by tax dollars. Taxpayers and voters have no way to vote on board members of private schools and against these discriminatory policies. It's taxation without representation.
That little kid got hurt his hope excitement and dreams destroyed because there is something about his appearance they didn't like. Nothing will take that away. But #CloseThemDown before more kids get destroyed

It's obvious it was never about "hair" for them. But the positive of this is that the Dad was shown their racism right off the bat... him and his son deserve a better learning environment.
If 1 white male student in that school has hair below his ears, the family of the black child should sue the school & district.
A Christian school with rules about boys with long hair is laughable. So was Jesus just wearing a wig for his statues?
They did the kid a favor; I wouldn't want my kid in a school that didn't want him
