On an average day, I receive several hundred personal emails. Half of them describe some type of personally experienced bigotry, racism, or police brutality. Each person is asking me to please share their story. I feel guilty when I don't, but guilty when I do.
I know that sharing so many painful stories of injustice has an accumulative impact on all of us - so I am now more hesitant than ever to share because of that. When I don't share, though, the people who desperately want their story known are crushed. It's a real dilemma.
I agree, but there's only so much someone with maybe 100 followers can really do. Not everything goes viral.
If only it were that easy

That’s a tough position to be in, but clearly you are a trusted ear for many who face injustice. I don’t know... I feel like there’s something that could be done with those stories. Whether it’s a website or whatnot. But, there’s only 24 hours in a day, so...

I don't know a single person of color who hasn't experienced those things. You can't pour from an empty cup, friend. More people need to step up and add their voice. White people need to call out their neighbors on their bigotry. I need to do better, too. Keep fighting.
...and the other half are probably hate mail. 
Open a twitter account for sharing the injustices. Have several administrators. Or pass the baton. It can't go back to being hidden from view. Ugly truth is still truth.
You are one man who wears many hats. Your life is making an impact. Don't feel guilty.
I've experienced police brutality. It isn't fun getting bloodied by a baton while handcuffed in the back of his patrol car unable to defend myself.
Why? We need to hear them. I have 50 years worth.
Why guilty when you do? You've helped so many people by doing so.
How about setting up some kind of digital bulletin board associated with your name, where people can post their stories?
