At least these records are available to the public! In New York, the NYPD's conduct records are sealed. Record release to the public is at the full discretion of the police, nobody else. We cannot expose injustice if that injustice is hidden from the people.
VERY important reporting here on the Philadelphia Police Department. They just released the complaint histories of their officers & what these journalists discovered is disgusting (but expected).
