Because the law requires it. Any reports of abuse are required to be investigated. It’s a slippery slope because If they don’t investigate and a child is in danger they can be found liable.

Yes this is a tough one. I'm obviously sorry this is happening to Shaun, and believe the complaint is 100% false. But the agency does have to follow up on complaints. There should be an additional level of triage on complaints that don't involve traumatizing his children though.

Isn't it their right to know their accuser. I've seen people use the services as a weapon it's disgusting. It's done all the time one phone call can ruin your life. I was told at one time by someone who had cps called on them but they had the right to know their Accuser. Idk

Nothings perfect. With the anonymity adults face the problems of an unperfect system, not the kids who are truly in danger (to a certain extent)

Push DHS and the police to find out who did it and file charges against them!
