This happend to my dad. Me and my siblings were questioned. It was all BS but they were very nice and you shouldnt be worried. Just cooperate and then move on. It's outrageous but it's gonna happen either way. So just get it over with and roll your eyes the whole time like my dad

The harder you fight it, the less cooperative they are. So just let them know what is happening to you, be friendly and welcoming. You'll get through it just fine.

Not yet a woman...
but the woman who questioned me was not white. So really I don't get why you are making them out to be the problem. -

I’m sure this has been pointed out already, but they are trying to protect your children. You’re not abusive, but what if actual abusive parents refused to let their kids be interviewed? They have to err on the side of caution when children’s safety is at stake.
-
Agree. It’s unfair because in your case it’s untrue and the product of harassment, but the intent here is to make sure children are safe. I would get a lawyer, but cooperate. Then pursue legal action against the person that filed the false report.
-
It has nothing to do with the safety of his children, it's politically motivated.
-
The person who made the false allegation may be politically motivated but the child protective service is doing its job and it’s job is to protect children. You’re conflating the two.
-
Or they could be acting on extended orders to disregard actual findings and proceed with the worst case scenario. At best they're hassling someone with very serious repercussions on a flawed premise. Do you defend the police during SWATting hoaxes too?

Get a lawyer...a good lawyer with experience dealing with abusive false claims to the Dept of Child Services.....don't try to do this alone....

Shaun I understand how hard this is. You have an enemy who is messing with you in the worst way possible. However by law any child services has to take a report of child abuse seriously. These workers are trained to realize when people have filed false claims.
-
If you have the means hire a lawyer but you need to let them do their jobs as awful as this is. They’ll know if it’s boguspic.twitter.com/jjTH48ASb7

This may feel unfair but these laws are here to protect children. I work in child welfare.
-
But they don’t protect migrant children

Who is "they"? ACS? What are you trying to say?
