The only thing I've been able to get from it is "1974". Odds are - he's destroyed that cap by now - but someone who knows him will remember it.

The company was established in 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado but is now based out of California. This person is an outdoors enthusiast, so I would be checking the area for people registered for hunting & fishing licenses in the age group of 28-35 years old based on his looks.
